Is there any matters needing attention of portable gas detector?

There're some safety precautions needed to be paid more attention, details as following:
1) There's operating temperature limit of portable gas detector, take Honguan PT310 as an example, working temperature of PT310 should be -25℃-+60℃. The detection performance of gas detector will be affected once surpass this temperature;
2) Please keep the surface of portable gas detector clean, especially detection part, please make sure clean to clean to avoid blocked;
3) Just like fixed gas detector, portable gas detector also belongs to precision instrument. Please handle gently in the process of using,meanwhile, avoid using by violent vibration or shock;
4) Portable gas detector adopts lithium battery to storage energy, so please make sure sufficient power.And please be sure safe charging ironment when charging. Do not replace battery of gas detector or charging in dangerous place of explosion hazardous. In addition, charging time not lower 8hours and be sure to charging under shutdown state.
5) If portable gas detector is failure, do not disassemble the machine,especially disassemble the machine in hazardous area;
6) Please do not put portable gas detector in the inorganic solvent, organic solvent or other strong smell places. If gas detector exposure to toxic or catalyst activity environment, such as sulfide,halogen compound etc,please test it by know concentration of standard gas;
7) Portable gas detector needs to be calibrated regularly,and please in detail read instruction booklet;
There are two kinds of sampling method for portable gas detector,pump sunction and free diffusion. The internal components ofportable gas detector could be affected by some irritant gases, if in this work environment,please calibrate the gas detector after use.There are three alarm methods of portable gas detector, audible,lightand vibration, to provide comprehensive protection.
